There are plenty of different places to fish from around the docks but you can't fish the docks that the boats are at
Hi Armen, there are places around the harbor that you can fish from shore. There is also a public pier in Port Hueneme and in Ventura, that you can fish off of for free.
That is true. Can't fish at the charter boat docks.
