does the mall open earlier at Christmas

Macy's at King of Prussia opens at 9 and stays open until 11 p.m. through the holiday season. I'm not sure if the mall opens earlier. You can do " OK Google call King of Prussia Mall concierge"... the concierge is honestly the most helpful resource when it comes to surviving King of Prussia the season

THEY have extended hours until the 24th I would call the mall to check to make sure the store's you want will be open

I don't think so.

All malls usually an hour/ two hours earlier on Christmas eve and closes earlier too. However if I'm correct no mall is open on Christmas day.
