Best place to drop people off with a charter bus is the entrance on the first floor of jc pennys. That is where septa drops people off and there is a bus lane only
You can enter from north or south side
There is a spot near Nordstrom
There are different Septa Bus around the mall. It depends on where your passenger want to start at.
You can drive up to the first floor and drop off at JC Penney.
South side is the best though
