☆▪︎YES!! YES!! YES!!▪︎☆You can park in the orange parking garage on upper level to enter the mall right near the concierge which is where you need to go & who you need to see. You will have to leave your driver's license or state issued photo I.D. as well as sign a paper. I suggest calling ahead because they only have a couple of scooters. I also suggest making sure it is fully charged & make sure to turn it off if u are going to stay in 1 area for a period of time(like if u stop to get a bite to eat or stuck in a long line) because you wanna ensure that you will have enough battery life to get it back to the concierge to retrieve your I.D. I hope this helps others even though it is much later than originally asked.
