Service is okay. The issue I see most with this location is the flow of service. Guests have three entry points and there is no defined "start" of the line. As a complete remodel is financially unsustainable for the health of the establishment, I would recommend making the door by the pass a "Exit Only" and limiting island displays on the floor. By limiting the amount of displays and controling traffic flow, it may increase over all guest satisfaction. A smaller refrigeration unit that is pushed back or used to wrap the station (two parts with entry point on side) would make the space feel more open as it blocks the guest view of the ceiling when standing in line presently.

I have been going to this location for 8 years. I barely get acknowledged when its not busy. I have to stop staff to ask for my mobile order. There are a couple standouts for service here but its mostly terrible and claiming to be too busy is a sorry excuse when its terrible no matter what time I come in. Specifically the managers love to dump mobile orders behind the counter and I have to stop them and ask for my mobile order. This happens at 6:00-6:30 whenever I go in so its not isolated. Service is so poor I go out of my way to avoid this location. As I said there are 2 standouts here and I really wish I knew their names. They are not typically part of the AM crew.

Good employees. But location is small and overloaded most of the time. Drinks come out appropriately, but we have already stood in line too long. Even ordering online does not help much as parking is also an issue. I have sometimes left to find other coffee as the parking lot full and line too long.

I agree with other commenters; it's not the fastest service, but a pleasant experience. Store layout is awkward at best!

It could be quicker. I think that part of the issue is the store's small size and poor design. Met the manager Kathleen yesterday.
