They aren't allowed in Pine Trails, but people being them anyway. The Park rangers don't Usually give them a hard time unless it is a game night for the kids and the park is busy. There are lot's of dog parks in the area, though.
Pine Trails does not allow pets but Barkland is a great dog park in Parkland
