It is.unfriendly to nasty people who do not clean after their dog.
The dogs have to be on leash if small you can have strollers but they cant be aggressive die to the fact that there's people all around and most will ask to touch them

Yes it is.i take my dog with me once in awhile just make sure u have the dog on leash or in a dog stroller and u have to carry the dog if u go inside the bulding
