i was served a most disappointing dish. when I went to your website to give feedback I was told the code was invalid. I have the code beside me, and what I typed in was accurate. IS this the way you handle complaints?

If there are both letters and numbers on the code, make sure you don't mistake a zero for a O, etc.

I would call the restaurant and let them know directly. The codes might be case sensitive.
