I'm not sure what the names are but the big guy (manager) in there has no problem raising his voice at people for looking at items to buy saying can't cross a line that doesnt state not to cross. Little chick came out voice raised and with an attitude about me not having a face mask on. Seriously I wasn't even by the door yet. Short little black dude was the only one with any kind of manners. The rest need to get fired.
Shopping outside of esco will get you normal people. Don't spend a dime in this town
Same exact experience here. Same employee named Ashlee R. (the name on my sales receipt) treated me like total dirt too! That woman is BEYOND rude and disrespectful. Totally agree that she's quite hateful and hostile toward people: i.e. never smiles and also acts greatly annoyed when you "bother" her to do her job of providing customer service. Definitely NOT returning back to this location because of her. And will advise my friends and family and co-workers to avoid this place too.
