Can someone fire the crappy bass player ,that plays once every couple of months, at that bar in the back? I can hear his bass from across the canal!

You can't fire or complain if he is performing between 7 am and 11 pm . Plus as u saying he plays only once every 2 plus months , so live with it. Just because you don't like bass don't mean others don't either .
