Here they solved my problem immediately, efficiently and with good treatment. The opposite of where I processed my license, which after three months never arrived and they did not even want to give me an explanation.

5 stars to the most of the agents. Zero star to those 2 supervisors. Apparently they think they own the state. They have very bad attitude, totally rude. I hope they educate themselves as their job is to serve people not using imperative words or etc. I’ll also file a complaint against them through the governor’s office asap.

If you go with an appointment it is relatively fast there is a bakery parking lot which is not good but for a coffee it is fine… you must arrive 15 minutes before otherwise you will have to wait outside…
