How do people get the hobby lobby shopping carts off the lot? I see them on the sidewalks full of dirty clothes food and dumped in bushes sideway.

If there is a will there is a way the store is not to blame for that just the inconsiderate people are

It's sad that people need to live outside with only a shopping car to hold their belongings..?

This issue is with every store that has shopping Carts. You can call the City and they will collect them. Then the stores can pay a service fee to get them back

Its sad that store owners have to pay to get them back.
