NO COMUNICATION. They do not answer and when they do you get left on hold. None of them from Nurse stations, case managers, placement coordinator, or even administrators answer or return calls. I was so upset I was going to call police for a wellness check to make sure my mother was OK. At least 20 calls not answered or returned.

DO NOT SEND YOU LOVED ONES HERE!! My dad was in this facility for nearly 2 years. It was a complete s*** show. I was managing his care from Tennessee and to get anybody on the phone was an act of Congress among other things. Five days for a callback this last time. Anyways the topping on the cake came today after he was discharged but forgot his paperwork and medication. They so kindly mailed it to me but forgot to remove the following sticky note on his paperwork “Resident left w/o taking packet. Asking to have it mail. *eye roll*” And this was the head of social services, FAYE. They want to blame my dad for leaving without it however he can’t even walk. So how exactly was he able to leave without what he needed? They were supposed to mail everything to me right away but only sent one medication and no paperwork. So I had to fight to get what he was actually supposed to leave with. Which ended up being SEVENTEEN medications. He is currently in the hospital due to a reaction from stopping one of his medication’s that you cannot just stop since it took them 3 weeks to get it to us. There are about 2 people there that actually seemed to care. The rest are garbage. No wonder they have such high turnover. DO BETTER!! YOU CHOSE THIS PROFESSION!!!

ATTENTION PLEASE DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVE ONES AT THIS FACILITY!!!! My sister was admitted here this year and the Doctors nor the nurses could accommodate my sister’s needs. Every time my sister had an emergency situation they would have her taken to the nearest ER, but not once did they drain my sisters bag that was medically placed in her. SO ALL The fluids were not drained, my sister on her last days was having trouble breathing DUE to all the fluid buildup!!! This facility only cares about A PAYCHECK!!! Not the patients . It’s so Devastating to say my sister passed and I went to pick up her belongings & said my sister passed NOT ONE PERSON SAID IM SORRY OR ANY CONDOLENCES. And still NO one has call to ask what had happened!!!!! ( like she wasn’t a human being) PURE Negligence!!! So please if you want your love one safe DO NOT PLACE THEM AT THIS FACILITY!! Now I have to make funeral arrangements. Thank you for those who have taken the time to read this & please understand my family is so hurt!!! God bless

As a former employee, they overworked their staff. The owners are unsympathetic and care only about the bottom line profit. They don't even need to pay their employee better, just staff more appropriately to split the load per shift will translate to better patient care. As a licence staff, my heart raced before coming on every shift. The positive is that a good portion of the staff really do care for the patients and make do with what they can. However when your're understaffed and underpaid, it translate to poor patient care and short cuts are taken. I feel sorry for the residents being admitted here.

Questions & Answers

What are visiting hours and what time does a live person start answering phones. No answer at any station.

you can visit anytime day or night. no specific time frame. there's a receptionist in the daytime till 5pm to direct your phone call. at night, the RN supervisor or any available LVN handles any calls. ask for a specific station # either 1,2 or 3 when u call. don't ask for the person's name at first. do that once you're transferred. NOW, that's if all goes well. employees tend to call out sick on a daily basis so they're usually short handed. I used to work there but one day I took a 10 min break, next thing I know, some lady who runs the place, that I met once b4, is screaming @ me while I'm in my car on break. I told her she was being highly inappropriate & that she has NO people skills! Needless to say, she didn't care for that response. I got suspended for a few days & then fired. The take away here is "F**k that job... don't take any s**t from anyone!!!" 😎🤭😂🤬🙊💩 That's all.💋
