Yes it is. It's a wonderful small museum with free lemonade and often cookies. There is an outdoor area that is always open when you can hunt for shark teeth and fossils and on Tuesdays they have touch tank Tuesday where you can explore animals from the ocean like crabs and oysters and touch and feel. It's a great educational experience and since it's free we usually pop down to the ice cream stand just over the bridge across from tower 7.
