If you mean Wrightsville Beach, no there isn't. And most all of the other beaches are now charging, also.

Wrightsville Beach parking hours enforcement is from 9am - 7pm.

Can we camp overnite?

Sorry, no overnight camping. I don't think there are any overnight spots in the Wrightsville Beach area. You can always head a little further south to Carolina Beach and camp at Freeman Park if you want to camp on the beach.
