Yes the seats are assigned and are clearly marked as to their row and seat number when ordering online and when you arrive they will escort you or direct you to your correct seat.
I'm not sure about the senior age or discount. As you buy your tickets it should tell you which seats you are seated in. You also have the ability to choose where you wanna sit on the website seating chart. If are disabled or blind call the box office and they will help you get good seats.
