Monday’s and Wednesday’s
Monday's, Wednesday's, and Thursday's at 7pm classes are in Benecia . If you are interested you can also go to Pleasant Hill, were they have classes for just children from 3:30 to 4:30 and from 4:30 to 5:30 and, in the Benecia class it's children, women, and men that all roll together. So if you want your children just to roll with kids then I would suggest you take them to the Pleasant Hill dojo 🥋. There's no extra charge.
