Staff got confused about how many pizzas they delivered to the table. We were a pizza short, but manager, Janel, blamed customers instead of incompetent staff. For now on we will be going to Mountain Mikes in Benicia. I am disappointed because we meet here once a month and spend hundreds of dollars. This organization is poorly run and I wouldn’t be surprised if their doors close permanently very soon! - Disappointed customer!

Benicia doesn't have many options for pizza. I would go in and order pizza in person. Then take the opportunity to talk to management about your experience trying to order by phone.
