Very very hot in summer. I wouldn't say its the worst place but there could be more for the money...no locked front door ever despite marketing the place as a secure building which, i am assuming, we're paying more for!!
Avenue Two always has vacancies. The average monthly cost is $2,400 per month + $200 for utilities for a 1BD apartment. Absolutely the WORST place I've ever lived. VERY cold in the winter months. Disrespectful neighbors. Poor management. Not even close to worth the price tag.
