Good location and well maintained community. Few problems that bother me are late night noise, weed smells and missing parcels. The leasing team is not helpful and can even be disappointing if you talk to the wrong person. There is environmental hazard sign on my building which I wasn’t aware at the time touring the community. Of course the leasing staff did not mention it either. In general I won’t recommend this apartment, especially you are quite person.

Seems like a nice place to live with great amenities, modern apartments, parking, boat slips, gym, lots of outdoor green space. I look forward to updating my review with more info and pics once we move in.

This apartment is best I have lived during last 7 years. The apt is spacious, compare with other apts in the Bay Area. In the quiet and beautiful environment, I saw goose, duck and raccoons when I walk my dog. My dog loves them. Last but not least, the staff are friendly and helpful! My dog loves them, too.

Maintenance team and office team are helpful, professional and friendly. Amenities such as gym and pool are well maintained as well as entire property. Perfect location if you like to live in quite place and next to the bay.
