I'm not sure but I think server minimum wage is $2.75, but it's up to the company what they actually pay. Most usually get about $3-$3.75/hr. That's for small towns in SEK though where cost of living is lower. That's why it's so important to tip. Especially on your free breakfast coupon. I go by group size not ticket total because it bases it more on how much they have to work, and not based on how greedy their bosses are. 1-2 w/ few refills = $4-5 3-5 in your group equals more work = $6-10 (based on their attitude/service) 6-10 should be a minimum of a $20 and up if any of your group is being difficult or rude.
