This is the worse store I've been to. All the associated are standing around talking with each other. I went back up front and asked for assistance in the tablet department. He shows up and starts helping other people. Horrible and uninformed.

Staff at most Best Buy clueless about common testing tools and staff would make me wait for other staff to show me stuff I didn't ask for. But Home Depot, next door, has cable testers, battery testers, etc.

That happened to me there also , I blew it off and left that day every other time had all good things to say about them......

Too bad that you had a problem there! I have been shopping and having electronic service there for years, and have never had a problem. But everyone is entitled to a bad day!
