Hi Gordon. This is Sherry Ingles, owner of the Queen of Hearts. Unfortunately a 4 year old is too young for our trips. Our minimum age is around 7 years old and a minimum of 50 pounds to meet Coast Guard safety equipment regulations. Feel free to give us a call if you'd like more info. Our shop is open every day until at least 4pm.
