Apparently they don't have enough carriers to cover our area. I think part of the problem is also due to the additional burden of delivering Amazon packages, which require more time to deliver to porches and front doors. Sign up for "Informed Delivery" at the USPS website. At least that way you know what is headed your way... or should be.
Yes. They claim that no one was home to take delivery of a package, when I was home. But they did deliver it on Tuesday after President's Day.
I’ve had so many issues with this post office delivering my mail in the past few months. It was over 7 days before I received my mail once and let’s not talk about the many times I had to go there to look for my packages. I’ve complained multiple times and nothing is bring done about it. The people working there lie to you and they never show any concerns about trying to help find your mail or packages. This place need better management or should just close. The customer service absolutely sucks at this post office.
Yes me too sometimes I have to go in there to pick up my packages...it's ridiculous 😡😡😡😡
