Old town trolley has stops throughout the city, so it depends on where you are starting or if you driving into Boston where you should park. If your beginning the tour at the aquarium don't park near there it's a tourist trap you going to pay $35-$40, but near post office square it's more affordable $9- $15.
I would leave my car behind there is several locations to catch the bus, check for locations online
