The Shadows is a rather large series of two story buildings, though I'm unsure if any are available, it has; upstairs and downstairs, as well as 2 or 3 bedroom suites. It also has a laundromat on site and a small park for the kids and it's all subsidised housing so your sec 8 should be fine.
