I was at the Barn Yard flea market last weekend. I was interested in buying a puppy. I asked a few of the vendors and I was told that the sale of puppies and dogs are no longer allowed. Is this true?

Yes those dogs/ puppies came from puppymills and due to so many complaints they stopped it.
