Letrenda Pope I know exactly what you mean, Gus told me and my wife "if anything happens to the vehicle whether it's your fault or not at not a penny out of your pocket to fix the vehicle" that was a straight up bull face lie, I hate Mike Johnson Toyota with a passion, do not recommend to anyone not even my worse enemy.
We have purchased 2 more Toyotas from another dealer after buying one from Hickory. We will never buy from Hickory Toyota ever again. The salesman was great, the service sucked even after talking to them about it over and over again. It just gets worse everytime we went. So we just found another dealer to buy from. We have 5 in our driveway right now. One from Hickory.
I am sorry if you have had a bad experience. It has never happened to me before. I would suggest talking to your salesman about your concerns. I always check in with mine when I am there.
It's a awful place to get a car. I would never trust them for anything especially for the detailing
