People had dogs there. We had our small dog there. It's like everywhere: keep your dog under your control, and have baggies handy for the waste. There are trash cans around for waste.

No dogs allowed on beach. However people do take their dogs down early and late. You can also walk your dog along the beach trail. However be sure and use a leash and pick up your poop
