Cool Springs not a fish market, but a fish restaurant (with fantastic food!) Camden Wyoming Market is nearby abd does sell fish, but I have no idea whether blue fish is available there.
Unlikely they'll serve bluefish. Not a popular species due to it's fishy taste. They don't know what they're missing.

Yes they do serve fish and its amazing. I had a salmon and swordfish, both were so good.
