How often does the Restore mark things down?

There are sales that run very often, but items are also marked down twice a month.

Things get marked down all the time! On each item, the tag will tell you what date the price and how far. So something that went on the floor 7/4 for say $10 gets marked down to $8 on 8/4 and then $5 9/4. Stuff is reducing all the time, you just have to check.

Not sure. You would have to call them and ask. But ..... to be serious why would you wait for a markdown? The prices are already very good.
