They do but if you need in carpet or anything like that I think you better already have someone in place in order to have it installed I am currently on week number 4 waiting for them to come in and do a carpet installation so now I am ready to cancel the order and go to Carpets2go
Yes they do provide installation services of almost everything they sell. Most if, if not all of the installers are independent contractors who are screened and approved by Home Depot and are assigned to your specific project. You deal only with Home Depot.
They will install most stuff you should call and ask about sinks & stuff or look up KB'S Home Repair & upgrades in Concord they can help
I believe it depends on the service you are looking for. We bought a dishwasher recently and they asked if we needed it installed.
