It is best to call but kids bikes are more negotiable then full size.
They are very negotiable, i live down the street... Go with cash in hand and you will get whatever you want. 50cc mopeds and biks start around $800-1500 online as a kit so a bike shop will mark it up to $2000+/- so 1500+/- your good.... Warning anything that isn't Honda or Yamaha or Aprilia will be hard to get serviced and bringing the to a motorcycle shop costs a large value of the bike resale each time so know someone with is handy unless you want ti spend $200+ to change a spark plug or $120 to chage back brakes $50 per tire minus the cost of $80 per tire and thats cheap tires!!!
