Dutch Miller Kia of Charlotte offers all types of cars and all types of accessories for the new vehicles. Every vehicle window sticker & sales contract clearly states what is included in the vehicle. And every customer signs off and does a complete inspection of the car to ensure that they are getting what they pay for. Some customers do not want floor mats to be included in their financing of the vehicle, or they plan to order their own custom floor mats, so it is up to the customer if they want to purchase them or not. As for the jacks and spare tires, most/many vehicle brands are getting away from including jacks and spare tires in their vehicles. Every new KIA comes with roadside assistance included for 5 years / 60,000 miles. This also improves gas mileage / fuel efficiency and overall storage space in the vehicles. You are not toting around a spare tire and jack you may never use. Those cars include a Tire Mobility Kit to re-inflate a tire and be able to drive to a safe location.

The new cars don't use spares or jacks. You should have made clear about the mates after pricing. I got all of that and an explanation about the new system

I have no clue. Maybe you should go back to dealership and complain. Also I believe that is something you should of taken care of before you even took possession of your "new car.
