Just had the worst experience ever at bulgers. They keep getting worse since their merger. Nobody seems to know what's going on. They dont even answer their own phones.

This isn't a question. That being said, I didn't have any problems with them recently. They're busy, but you'll get an answer quickly enough if you text and then call on arrival.

Everything went very smoothly with me and my 10 year old cat unfortunately that I had to put down they were so Compassionate
