Hi Kristi, not sure if you called them yet or not but I'm pretty sure they use a mixture of beef and lamb in the lemajune. I think they sold them in either 2 dozen or 18 packs... They were Really nice, I think it's # 18 packs and they let me buy just half of the package being just 9 of them.... They were phenomenal....!!!! Also... They make a sweet pastry with a crispy type of what appears to be deep fried birds nest pasta filled with sweet marascapony*** cheese, and then drizzled with honey... Further questions or the like I'm a local contactor. ( : (spelling***)
