Does the Lawrence registry take walk-ins?

No can't just walk in a worker came out and asked everybody their reason of being there. I brought my brother there and sat in car watched. As soon as the doors was open the worker had 2 lines formed and my brother was in and out within 10 mins and we went on our way. He was very pleased to see how quick he was in and out

I don't think so, there was an officer at the door who immediately asked me if I had an appointment before I went in.
