Currently the hours are 10am to 6pm for non members (public) members are allowed to come earlier and stay later than posted hours.
Well, in a way, it is members only but you can purchase a two day membership during the regular business hours.
The times it is open to the public a lb. So change during the winter by the amount of day light, and different ranges may be closed for events so it will do you well to call ahead.
