It's not a bad facility however the 1st floor staff is pretty rude. Upstairs in the library they were really nice. I tried to ask the lady at the desk a question that she never answered and acted like I was such a bother. Didn't appreciate feeling so unwelcomed.

The folks working there are interested and imvolved. There are many programs offered for both youth and adults. There is an exercise room with many excellent body-work machines, treadmills, free weights, etc. There is handicapped parking, entrance and restrooms. An excellent Community Center.

Extremely rude and unfriendly to minorities. Our childcare center was forced to leave after multiple staff members (i.e. Pratice & Kristy) made it almost impossible for us to attend by continually enforcing protocols not mentioned at the time of inquiry and that none of employees seemed aware of. Ultimately, they were uncomfortable with us being there. As soon as we walked in, all the staff seemed shoced and gave unwelcoming glances at our children even though I had mentioned beforehand the number of children we would be bringing. I hate to accuse of racism but you definitely know it when you see it. When we decided to leave they showed no remorse and said absolutely nothing to us. Regardless of the circumstances, there is no reason to treat people and especially young children in that manner. Terrible management, employees and services! Would never go back nor recommend. We have filed a complaint with them as well as the Omaha city council.
