I've lived here for 18+ years and from what I can remember (9 years or so im turning 23) this place slowly get to be a much worse place to live. They let almost anyone move in here lots of riff raff, crime rate has gone up, lot rent goes up every year no matter what park doesnt care about its residents. But I would serioulsy consider all other options before you thought about moving here.
I've lived here for 4 years. I've never seen or heard of any crime on the property. I recommend it 100%
We have been at the park for 2 months with our 1 year old and 5 year old we leave in 2 weeks so far no issues at all. We even leave our bikes out, their is a guard each evening so seems they are making efforts to make whatever was a problem better.
