This is a deceiving company. I. Ordered from them in December this is February I still have never received my product. Although they took my money back in December. SCAMMERS

I've never had any issues with them. In fact, when one order I placed showed delivery but I didn't receive it, they sent a replacement right away and followed up yo ensure I received it. Did you email or call the customer service contacts?
