There are 6 DSP, delivery service providers, in the warehouse CDS, Shefield, ABC, Urban Mobility, etc.. They are contractors to Amazon for package delivery. Then there are the Amazon people themselves. The warehouse is called DBO2, 5OO Sprage St., Dedham.
You have to go there and speak to someone. They are very helpful and friendly. Call amazon customer service if it's a problem with delivery or email.
Its a dispatch warehouse if you have any question send email to amazon. Or come to the station in person.
