Yes, Publix delivers! I get my groceries delivered to my home. The drivers bring the bags right to my door, and they arrive within two hours after I place the order. The orders have to be placed online. You can use the Publix app, or the Instacart app. It is Instacart that handles the actual shopping and the deliveries. The Instacart drivers are friendly and courteous, and they handle your purchases with great care. I haven't had any problems. You pay more than shopping yourself at the store, but for me it is worth it. It saves me time, energy, and from dealing with crowds. It also prevents me from impulse shopping, and so, I think that in the end I spend less money than if I would have gone to the store myself. The prices of the merchandise for delivery are slightly higher, there is a service fee, a delivery charge, and I always tip the driver. A minimum purchase of $35.00 is required. I joined Instacart Express for a monthly fee to avoid the service fee and the delivery charge.
I think Publix delivers if you order online. However, I've never used the service myself so don't know anything more about it. I believe there is a charge for the service as well. Sorry I can't be of more help.
Publix does not deliver.
