I would recommend Scott and his team to anyone, and have actually asked how far his reach goes in Florida. Once you find someone you trust, especially in law, you don’t want to work with anyone else. He and his team took the best care of me and my mom. They looked out for us, were kind and compassionate, humans and advocated for our care. Scott has a paramedic background which is a benefit when it comes to auto accidents, he’s seen a lot and understands what’s happening in the body, or what might be needed in care. It brings a different approach to how he advocates for his clients. Both my mom and I were client of Scott McPherson following a car accident. We were initially told that the individual who rear ended us at a stoplight didn’t have any car insurance and there was nothing we could do. Both of pain following the accident and both us had concerns of the accident causing further issues. Scott and his team were able to help us get medical care through our car insurance, even helped me find the doctors to take care of as several of my general doctors didn’t take auto accidents. They followed us through the whole process and fought for us to have great care and to heal properly. They also worked with our auto insurance to see that we wouldn’t have to pay for the actions of someone else. I know what they say about lawyers and how scary it can be to try and find the right one. I can’t say enough good things about Scott and his team! Anytime I had questions or needed anything from understanding a bill, to being unsure about a procedure or doctor, they were there to talk it through with me!
