You just show up, set up (in space WITHOUT paint, those are reserved), and pay cash at the office for the space. Think it is 27, but I would make sure it is still as scheduled due to recent developments.
The spots were $27. Depending on how you sell you can reserve a spot or pay when you set up. It usually starts Mothers day weekend or sometimes sooner. It is on sundays only. And times are 7 am until 2pm. They do have a website.
