We use to be regulars but there has been a management change and the whole place has gone downhill. Not sure if the new manager Stacey is just so wrapped up in sitting around the bar chatting woth her friends and not doing her job or if she doesn't care. Servers and cooks are doing their best but how about bar stools that need replacing, bathrooms that need repairs and having enough glasses on hand. We use to LOVE to go. Now we go elsewhere.
What nights do they have karaoke?
Worst apple bees we have ever been to . Ribs mushy and dry like cooking all week long . Wife had pork chop tough and dried out . No French dressi g or thousand island available any longer , had a tasteless ranch dressing a lot like milk in a little cup. Pretzel sticks old , cold , it fresh . Waitress had a large table to wait on so we came last on her list . But waitress was nice just totally not available . We could not get our bill so I went to the bar to try to pay , they would not get me my bill and told me to go back to my seat and wait . We waited and waited until the bill after 25 more minutes was brought to the table . THIS was our second visit there and the first visit actually was not quite as bad. Both visits they were not busy as it was about a week ago during the cold spell we had . We would not return to this Apple Bees again and they are located close to where we live . Now the unfortunate thing is we were given about 400 dollars in apple bees gift cards
Our food was good, slow service
We always order the 2 for 20 & I always get the sirloin stir fry & absolutely delicious! Never had a plate of bad food & have been going to this location 3 years. The value is great. In fact the one complaint we have is they bring out the food to close to the appetizers! I think that's a good thing tho! Staff is always very friendly. The only time we have to wait for a seat is after church on Sundays!

I have never had a bad food experience at this location and regret that you seem to have.....your command of English goes lacking here. If I had experienced unacceptable food I would not have hesitated to send it back to the kitchen. Rice....going to get dry if it sits...not YOUR fault..SEND IT BACK!!
