They sold me the equipment and have disappointed me since. 1. The salesman and I went over the fact I would build a doghouse over the top so put new equipment as close to the well as possible. That was even on the work order. They showed up put new equipment on complete other side of the old equipment. 2. They never removed old equipment which again i was told they would while doing install and also on work order. I have shepherds so not that easy to always be home. They left for approximately 6-7 days after to finally come pick up while telling me they would be there 2 other times and didn’t show. 3. After I notified sales person multiple times he quit emailing me back. That’s the Customer service of Patrick Sherman. 4. After the install never before did I smell Sulfur but had very strong smell after. The reason I was getting system was for iron. The only person that would respond to me at the time was the worker who picked up the equipment and he said I needed to have them flush lines with bleach. He said he would put me in for that. After a couple week I talked to the office lady who was actually very nice and she said she could schedule me for 2 weeks out. So now all my clothes everything would smell like sulfur. 2 months later still waiting for them to show up for that. 🤔 5. I got an email as part of my service the day before that they would be taking the chemicals there the next day. I didn’t see email until next day so the guy calls me from the gate and I didn’t recognize the number so didn’t answer and tells me he left all the chemicals outside my gate. So if there was a lower score than 1 I would give that. Horrible experience.

I have been a platinum member for over 15 years. The service this year has not been good. They changed their terms of service without notice. My water smells. They sent out a service technician who took apart my system and could not put it back together. His vulgar language used while on the phone with his "boss" was unacceptable. The "boss" had to come "fix" it and did not do it right. (due to being on a well I was without water for over six hours). I had to call again as they did not fix it and forgot to fill my salt container. Not only has my monthly fee been raised, but instead of coming to service my system every other month, I was informed it will now be every 3 months. It takes a WEEK to have a technician come out if you have a problem. I work night shift and I had provided this company with a key to my gate so they could service my system. The technician showed up without the key, made an excuse, and was rude about it when he woke me up to open my gate. In addition, I called to ask about HOW to transfer service of this system to the new owners of my house and they cancelled my contract. I have never had such horrible service from this company and do not know what is going on. I will never use this company again due to the service I have received this year.

The water testing went very smooth and the water analyst Steve Hyde was very knowledgeable and personable. Discovered how nasty my water was and purchased a system. The installation was about 2 days later and the tech was very fast and efficient and being I had a soft water loop already installed it took him about 20 minutes. Overall great experience.

The young man who delivers to us I can’t say enough nice things about, he is friendly, goes above his job (once delivered to the back door when we were on vacation), he made sure to knock and hand deliver the new calendar when route dates changed for this year, and today saved us from a lizard! There was a dead lizard on the walkway I asked if he could see if it was dead so my 5 year old wouldn’t see it when we left for pre school he did and he moved it off the sidewalk so she wouldn’t see. This guy is an asset and I would suggest figuring out how to clone him because everyone deserves the quality customer care he provides!! Also always when we call the people who answer the phones are friendly and professional.
