Wow! What a great experience. I'm from Atlanta and flew down to Tampa to pick up the car I found online from Jarrett Scott Ford. The staff was amazing. James A. picked me up from the airport which he didn't have to do, but I appreciated it very much. Ask for him specifically when you get there. Dude will definitely take care of you! When we got to the dealership they were very accommodating and Kirk F. had all the paperwork ready to go. I was in and out with no hassle and no BS + the car is amazing and everything they promised.

Everyone was great! I communicated with Tom for the majority of the purchase process. He was friendly and professional. The finance manager was also fantastic. My vehicle had just been a total loss and he made sure to still give me the best price possible.

Pros: My salesperson Gordy was very respectful, friendly and professional. We didn't feel pressured and were given as much time as we wanted to examine my 2022 Ford Edge ST and ride around in it. I absolutely love my car and this dealership was the only one that had EXACTLY what I wanted. The other associates I encountered were all friendly and welcoming. My 2022 Ford Edge ST is perfect and has everything I wanted. Cons: I did a lot of preliminary research and used the financial calculator/estimator on the Ford corporate website and JSF's website before going in to get my new Ford Edge ST and was shocked to learn my calculation and estimate was about $250 lower than the actual amount I ending up paying because of fees not mentioned or listed on either website. For example Proc/Doc fee, Rental Charge, etc. I asked if these add ons could be negotiated and was told "no". Don't believe that. On the actual Ford Lease Agreement some of those add ons ARE NOT EVEN LISTED in the preliminary estimate or don't match same. Those additional fees and costs not previously disclosed was my greatest disappointment. Also I didn't like that I had to ask for everything I signed as I was signing it. I know this is the digital age but that is something I am entitled to without having to keep asking. I got everything I asked for in the end but I should have been offered it in the beginning. The digital signature for the lease agreement even says I agree that I was provided the agreement before signing but I still had to ask for it BEFORE I signed it digitally. Also, BOTH Ford AND JSF pulled hard inquires on my credit report when only one or the other should have. I would still recommend this dealership to others but overall they need to be more transparent about 'added on' fees and costs including negotiable add-ons, not posted on Ford's website and the dealership's website so that consumers like me can make fully informed decisions about their budgets. The dealership has the information that should be disclosed on their website. Everything else went so smoothly, but the consumer should not have to be shocked into reality when they are ready to sit down and lease or purchase the vehicle.

Best experience purchasing a vehicle and we have bought plenty! Mike and Kirk were extremely helpful and personable. In the whole dealership we felt like we were in the presence of friends. Nothing ever felt pushy or that we were going to have this huge back and forth like you do at other dealerships. In the end we got an amazing truck and will recommend purchasing here to all our family and friends.

We follow all the guidelines mandated in the Hillsborough County Emergency Order as well as the CDC Guidelines. Face masks are required indoors, when you cannot maintain social distancing of 6' or more. We also have placed safety shields at our Front Desk and Service Desks. Furthermore, we sanitize all the high traffic touch points twice a day and deep clean/sanitize all areas nightly. Vehicles can be sanitized, at the customers request, in both our Sales and Service Departments, prior to pick up/ drop off, or for a test drive. We also have individually wrapped pens available upon request, for signing any paperwork.
