There is no longevity with your employees for a reason..the turnover of people here is amazing...something is very wrong...please look into this as this is a very serious situation in this company.

Good company to work for just have to give it chance it all works out ....not to many places out there like it.Its deffently a huslte but worth it in long run

I do not answer questions about my former employer. I left for a better career that I hope works out. Maintenance there works as a team. Thats all I can say.

The management team here is so outdated they were OK when the company was small now it is grown and The management here are set in their own ways of when the company was small, the management needs new ideas and a refreshment Course on how to treat employees , There are some manages Here that are good, And others that I've been with this company for a while Have Lost sight And they need to realize How to treat employees it is not like the old days, We need new fresh management with new ideas and ways To Treat the employees With respect And keep a open mind On new ideas, So this company can' prosper and keep growing And also keeping employees This is a great company with great pay and fear benefits just a management team Need some Old fashion Training to make this company even better and retain employees and keep it as a family, Where all management team members employs all work together and work happy, This in the long run will get better results in all departments ,
