Went in to replace an iPhone. Showed attendant current phone and was told it was worth a $250 trade in credit. Brought the phone back a week later after transferring info and clearing and was told it’s only worth a $10 trade in. Fine service otherwise

The sales rep Mark was the most helpful rep I’ve ever dealt with. I walked in and explained I needed a new phone that day and he had me in and out with a new phone quicker than it took me to get an iced coffee in the Dunks drive thru line! Best experience I’ve ever had buying a phone. I was so happy about my experience that my mom went and got a phone two days later as well. Mark was once again super helpful!

Mark was extremely helpful when my sister and I wanted to upgrade our phones. He found many options that worked with our current phone plan and I was able to get so much more than I originally expected to.
